快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜肝癌切除术围术期护理中的应用

Application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic hepatectomy

目的:分析快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜肝癌切除术围术期护理中的应用措施及效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治腹腔镜肝癌切除术患者56例,随机分为两组,各28例。参照组实施常规护理;研究组应用快速康复外科理念。比较两组患者围术期康复时间及并发症情况。结果:研究组术后排便时间、饮食恢复时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取快速康复外科理念护理对促进腹腔镜肝癌切除术围术期患者尽快康复及减少并发症有积极意义。

Objective:To explore the application measures and effects of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,56 patients with laparoscopic hepatectomy were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing;the research group was given the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.We compared the recovery time and complications between the two groups.Results:In the study group,defecation time after operaiton,food recovery time,hospitalization time and complication rate were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic hepatectomy has a positive effect on the recovery as soon as possible and the reduction of complications.
