The Application of BIM Technology in the Field of Construction Engineering

建筑信息模型(BIM)是以计算机技术为依托,对建筑工程的设计、施工和管理等全周期进行控制的技术,相较于传统技术,极大地提高了建筑工程的效率和质量。近年来建筑行业飞速发展,建筑的工程量和技术要求随之提升,给BIM技术的运用提出新的要求。

Building information model(BIM)is based on computer technology,which controls the whole cycle of design,construction and management of construction engineering.Compared with traditional technology,it greatly improves the efficiency and quality of construction engineering.In recent years,with the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction quantity and technical requirements are increased,which puts forward new requirements for the application of BIM technology.This paper discusses the application of BIM technology in various stages of architectural design,construction and cost control in order to improve the application level of BIM.
