摘要
一种基于超级电容+蓄电池设计,将2块12 V/200 Ah铅酸电池与超级电容模组组成为24 V发动机起动模块,在减小原铅酸电池容量50%的情况下,发动机起动模块的大电流输出能力优于4块12 V/200 Ah铅酸电池的组合。该设计保证了起动模块的高能量密度和高功率密度等优点。降低了起动电流对蓄电池的影响,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。
Based on the design of"supercapacitor+battery",two 12 V/200 Ah lead-acid batteries and supercapacitor modules are combined into a 24 V engine starting module.The large current output capacity of the engine starting module is better than the combination of four 12 V/200 Ah lead-acid batteries,while reducing 50%of the capacity of the later.This design gives full play to the advantages of the high energy density of lead-acid battery as well as the high power density,long cycling life,fast charging&discharging speed and high energy storage efficiency of supercapacitor.It reduces the starting current impact on the battery and extends the battery service life.The engine starting ability is improved obviously,especially in winter.
