复杂性胆管结石患者多次手术后身心体验的质性研究

Qualitative study on the physical and mental experience of patients with complicated bile duct stones after multiple operations

目的深入了解复杂性胆管结石患者多次(≥2次)手术后的身体感受、心理体验。方法采用目的抽样的方法,选取2018年8—11月我院胆道外二科的12例复杂性胆管结石行多次手术后的患者为研究对象,采用半结构式访谈法结合观察法收集访谈资料,运用Colaizzi 7步法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果复杂性胆管结石患者行多次手术后身心体验可提炼为6个主题:负性情绪、拒绝手术、带管的不适应感、接受现实、认识到健康生活形态的重要性、求知欲增强。结论医护人员在为复杂性胆管结石多次手术后的患者进行治疗时,尽量为其提供针对性的建议或措施,提高其生活质量和治疗效果。

Objective To understand in depth the physical and mental experience of patients with complicated bile duct stones after multiple(≥2)operations.Methods We adopted the purpose sampling method to select 12 cases of patients with complicated bile duct stones in the second department of the biliary tract of our hospital from August to November 2018 after multiple operations as the study objects.The semi-structured interview method combined with observation method were used to collect interview data,and the Colaizzi 7-steps method was used to organize and analyze the interview data.Results The physical and mental experience of patients with complicated bile duct stones undergoing multiple operations can be summarized into 6 themes such as negative emotions,refusal to surgery,uncomfortable with tube,acceptance of reality,awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle,increased curiosity.Conclusion When medical staff were treating patients with complex bile duct stones after multiple operations,as possible as,they should provide them with targeted suggestions or measures to improve their quality of life and treatment effect.
