围术期体位管理对甲状腺癌全麻患者眼压及体位综合征的防控价值

Prevention and control value of applying perioperative posture management for the intraocular pressure and posture syndrome of patients with thyroid cancer under general anesthesia

目的探讨围术期体位管理对甲状腺癌全麻患者眼压及体位综合征的防控价值。方法选取本院2018年5月至2019年6月收治的甲状腺癌全麻手术患者130例,采用随机数字表法将患者等分为观察组及对照组,对照组实施常规体位管理,观察组实施围术期体位管理,比较两组患者术后眼压及视野情况、体位综合征发生情况。结果观察组眼压、视野缺损值、模式标准差均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组呕吐、头疼、颈椎疼痛、腰肌酸痛发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌全麻患者采用围术期体位管理能够有效降低术后眼压,修复术后视野,减少术后发生体位综合征风险,对预防术后早期并发症具有良好的防控价值。

Objective To explore the prevention and control value of applying perioperative posture management for the intraocular pressure and posture syndrome of patients with thyroid cancer under general anesthesia.Methods To select 130 cases of patients with thyroid cancer undergoing general anesthesia who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method.The control group implemented routine posture management,and the observation group implemented perioperative posture management to compare the situation of postoperative intraocular pressure,visual field and postural syndrome between the two groups.Results The intraocular pressure,defect value of visual field,and standard deviation of model in observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidences than the control group for vomiting,headache,cervical spine pain,and lumbar muscle ache(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of perioperative posture management for patients with thyroid cancer undergoing general anesthesia could effectively reduce postoperative intraocular pressure,repair postoperative visual field,reduce the risk of postoperative posture syndrome,and had good prevention and control value for preventing early postoperative complications.
