摘要
目的探讨基于体验式学习理论的谵妄教育培训对重症监护室护士谵妄知识水平和评估识别能力的影响。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年11月工作的重症监护室护士30名为研究对象,比较应用基于体验式学习理论的谵妄教育培训前后,重症监护室护士的理论知识和操作技能考核成绩、科室和带教医师满意度。结果培训后重症监护室护士的理论知识和操作技能考核成绩,科室和带教老师满意度均优于培训前(P<0.05)。结论对重症监护室护士开展基于体验式学习理论的谵妄教育培训,可提高其谵妄知识水平和评估识别能力的作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of applying delirium education and training based on experiential learning theory for the knowledge level and evaluative and recognized ability of nurses in intensive care unit.Methods To select 30 nurses in the intensive care unit who worked in our hospital from February 2017 to November 2018 as the study objects.Before and after applying the delirium education and training based on experiential learning theory,the assessment results of theoretical knowledge and operating skills of nurses in the intensive care unit,satisfaction of departments and teaching physicians were compared.Results After the training,the assessment results of theoretical knowledge and operating skills of nurses in the intensive care unit,satisfaction of departments and teaching physicians were significantly better than those before the training(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of delirium education and training based on experiential learning theory for nurses in intensive care unit could improve their delirium knowledge level and evaluative and recognized ability,which was worth popularizing and applying.
