An Analysis of the Role of Environmental Monitoring in the Total Emission Reduction of Major Pollutants

主要污染物总量减排工作可以有效控制污染物,并根据实际情况核定污染物总量,为相关部门制定具体的主要污染物减排工作提供依据。污染物监测工作作为主要污染物减排重要工作内容,直接影响污染物减排质量,所以提升污染物监测质量十分必要。文章从环境监测在主要污染物总量减排工作中的作用分析,提出环境监测策略,希望可以起到一定借鉴意义。

The total emission reduction of major pollutants can effectively control pollutants and verify the total amount of pollutants according to the actual situation,which provides a basis for relevant departments to formulate specific emission reduction work of major pollutants.As an important part of the main pollutant emission reduction work,pollutant monitoring directly affects the quality of pollutant emission reduction,so it is especially necessary to improve the quality of pollutant monitoring.Based on the analysis of the role of environmental monitoring in the total emission reduction of major pollutants,this paper puts forward the strategy of environmental monitoring,which can be used for reference.
