摘要
总装车间在生产线改造、工艺制定、生产运行等评审环节,仅依靠离散、静态、独立的技术资料,难以全面评估,易导致投资浪费、业务效率低、评估不精准的问题。文章研究用UG三维建模的方式,将总装生产线各项要素进行模型建设,并从建模框架、流程、步骤等方面进行介绍,以及对三维车间的应用进行探讨,提供了一种新型三维评审的模式。
In the evaluation links of production line transformation,process formulation and production operation,the final assembly workshop only relies on discrete,static and independent technical data,which hardlygets a comprehensive evaluation and can easily lead to waste of investment,low business efficiency and inaccurate evaluation.This paper studies the use of UG-based 3 D modeling method to model the elements of the final assembly line,introduces the modeling framework,process,steps and other aspects,as well as the application of 3 D workshop,and provides a new 3 D evaluation model.
