摘要
风机塔筒作为风力发电机的主要支撑部件,其高强螺栓安装过程常存在紧固不当的现象。采用超声波螺栓应力测试仪对风机塔筒高强螺栓安装情况进行测试研究。通过对测试仪现场实测的风机螺栓安装紧固数据分析,该检测结果数据能够很好的反映出风力发电机塔筒的法兰高强螺栓实际紧固安装的情况,对类似风力发电机设备安装的质量控制具有较好的指导作用,该测试仪在风电设备安装中具有很好的应用前景。
As the main supporting part of wind turbine,the high-strength bolts of wind turbine tower are often improperly tightened.The ultrasonic bolt stress tester is used to test and study the installation of high-strength bolts in wind power tower.Through the analysis of the installation and fastening data of the fan bolts,the test result data can well reflect the actual tightening and installation of the flange high-strength bolts of the wind turbine tower.It has a good guiding role for the quality control of similar wind turbine equipment installation,and the tester has a good application prospect in the wind power equipment installation.
