摘要
随着砂石骨料生产进入绿色化、智能化、大型化方向发展,旋回破碎机作为高效节能的粗碎设备,近年来被广泛应用于大型砂石骨料项目中。旋回破碎机因其工作原理及结构特点,工艺布置具有特殊性,如在实际项目设计中考虑因素不全,会对投资、生产有较大的影响。文章通过分析旋回破碎机工作原理,结构性能,总结旋回破碎机工艺布置设计要素,并结合实际生产需求,提出差异化工艺设计方法。
With the green,intelligent and large-scale production of aggregates,the gyratory crusher is widely used in large-scale sand and gravel aggregate projects in recent years as a highly efficient and energy-saving coarse crushing equipment.Due to its working principle and structural characteristics,the rotary crusher has special characteristics.If the factors are not fully considered in the actual project design,it will have a greater impact on investment and production.This paper analyzes the working principle and structural performance of the gyratory crusher,summarizes the design elements of the gyratory crusher processing set-up,and combines the actual production requirements to propose a differentiated process design method.
