车辆内饰开关操作力测量与客观评价方法研究

摘要 为了促进我国汽车产业向中、高端方向发展,研发制造更高品质、用户体验更优异的汽车产品,做好整车性能的精工极致工程,开展了车辆内饰开关操作力测量与客观评价方法研究,建立了基于机器人运动平台的开关类操作力测量方法。该测量方法通过采用多自由度机械臂为运动载体,以搭载力传感器测量模块的形式,实现了开关类操作力参数的测量,具有精度高、灵活性好、测量范围广、效率高和操作拟人化程度高等优点。为了证明所提测量方法的有效性,开展了与实际操作测量的按键力进行对比实验,实验结果表明基于机器人的开关操作力测量值与操作人员直接操作的操作力误差小于5%。为了实现车辆开关操作力品质把控,通过对基于机器人运动平台测量的操作力/位移曲线进行分析,建立了车辆操作力分析和客观评价方法。以上所建立的测量与测评方法可为整车、零部件企业在人机交互对标研究、性能开发、规范完善、质量管控、主客观评价等研究领域提供重要的理论支撑和科学准确的数据支持,对我国车企在研发车辆人机交互触觉性能提升方面具有重要意义。 In order to improve the quality of the China’s automobile industry and to develop and manufacture better products, the measurement and evaluation methods of switch operating force are researched and presented in human vehicle interaction. A robot, as the moving platform, building tactile module is used to test interactive force. This method is characterized by its high precision, flexibility, wide measuring range, efficiency and flexibility and it is an affective method of measurement for the switch operating force parameters, which is verified by comparison experiment that shows the measurement error is less than 5%. An analysis and objective evaluation method is proposed after obtaining the measurement data base on robot moving platform. The methods can provide important theoretical and accurate data support for vehicle and parts enterprises in the research field of benchmarking, performance development, specification improvement, quality control, subjective and objective evaluation, which is of great significance for Chinese automobile enterprises in improving human machine interaction performance of vehicles.
