摘要
空间遥感器指向镜支撑结构是指向镜的重要部分,用于维持指向镜位置并提供一维转动自由度,其结构形式的选择和设计对指向镜的功能具有重要影响。文章针对指向镜在轨微重力、存在转动的使用条件和温度变化大的环境特点,调研并总结了背部支撑、侧面支撑、周边支撑3类主要的支撑结构形式,分析了支撑结构设计的精密热设计和粘接技术等关键技术。在指向镜支撑结构设计时建议采用非传统的新型方案设计和模块化设计。
Support structure is used to maintain the position of pointing mirror and provides one-dimensional rotating shaft. The structural arrangements and detailed design of support structure have significant effect on the performance of pointing mirror. In view of the microgravity in orbit, the existence of rotation and large variety of environmental temperature, main support structure patterns for pointing mirror are investigated and summarized including back support, side support and peripheral support. Key techniques such as precise thermal design and bonding technology are discussed. It is suggested to adopt unconventional new scheme design and modular design when devising support structure of pointing mirror.
