西兰花废弃茎叶的资源化利用模式及其在动物生产上的应用

Utilization Technologies of Broccoli Stem and Leaf Residues and Its Application in Animal Production

我国西兰花种植区域相对集中且产量巨大,废弃西兰花茎叶的处理问题亟待解决,其不当丢弃会对农业环境造成严重污染。近年来,西兰花废弃茎叶的资源化利用技术取得了重要发展,实现了从废弃物向农业资源的高效转变。本文主要对西兰花废弃茎叶的资源化利用技术和研究及其在动物生产上的应用情况进行综述,以期为西兰花废弃茎叶的资源化研究及应用提供参考。

Broccoli(Brassica oleracea var. Italica) is an important vegetable crop in China with a huge annual production and relatively concentrated planting area. The treatment of broccoli stem and leaf residues is very serious as its improper management will cause environmental pollution. In recent years, there is a growing progress in alternative and non-polluting methods of management, resulting an efficient bioconversion of broccoli stem and leaf residues to agricultural resources. This paper aimed to summarize the utilization technology of broccoli stem and leaf residues, and introduce its application progress on animal production. This review could provide valuable data for the resource utilization and application of broccoli stem and leaf wastes in animal producing industry.
