不同微生物处理甘蔗尾叶青贮对努比亚山羊生长性能、养分消化和瘤胃发酵的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Microbial Treatment of Sugarcane Tops Silage on the Growth Performance, Nutrient Digestibility and Ruminal Fermentation of Nubian Goats

摘要 试验旨在研究不同微生物处理甘蔗尾叶青贮对努比亚山羊生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标和瘤胃发酵参数的影响。选取72只初始体重为24.5 kg的努比亚去势公羊,随机分为4组,每组18头,对照组饲喂含有20%不添加任何菌种的甘蔗尾叶青贮;T1组饲喂添加植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌的甘蔗尾叶青贮,T2组饲喂添加含有黑曲霉、枯草芽孢杆菌和米曲霉的商业发酵剂的甘蔗尾叶青贮,T3组饲喂添加含有枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸片球菌的商业发酵剂的甘蔗尾叶青贮,预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:T1组耗料增重比低于T3组(P<0.05);T1、T2、T3组粗蛋白质的表观消化率高于对照组(P<0.01);T3组总能和有机物的表观消化率高于其他3组(P<0.05);T3组的中性洗涤纤维表观消化率高于其他3组(P<0.01);不同处理组血液生化指标无显著差异;T3组瘤胃pH高于T1组和对照组(P<0.05);T3组总挥发性脂肪酸含量高于其他3组(P<0.05)。综合上述结果,饲喂T1组的混合青贮能有更好的饲料转化效率;饲喂T3组的混合青贮各养分的表观消化率更高。 The aim of this trial was to study the effects of different microbial treatment of sugarcane tops silage on the growth performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,blood biochemical indices, ruminal fermentation of Nubian goats. Seventy-two Nubian goats with an initial weight of 24.5 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups with 18 ones each. The control group were fed with containing 20% sugarcane tops silage without any microbial additive;Group T1 were fed with sugarcane tops silage treated with a mixture of Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus fermentum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus. Group T2 were fed with sugarcane tops silage treated with a commercial inoculum containing Aspergillus niger, Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus oryzae. Group T3 were fed with sugarcane tops silage treated with a commercial inoculum containing Bacillus subtilis and Pediococcus lactis. The total period of the experiment was 42 days, and the adaptation period were the first 7 days. As a result: Feed gain ratio(F/G) of group T1 was smaller than that of group T3(P<0.05);the apparent digestibility of crude protein in T1, T2 and T3 groups was higher than that in control group(P<0.01);The apparent digestibility of crude protein in T1, T2 and T3 groups was higher than that in control group(P<0.01);the apparent digestibility of gross energy and organic matter in group T3 was higher than that in other groups(P<0.05);The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fibers in group T3 was higher than that in other groups(P<0.01);There were no significant differences in blood biochemical parameters among different groups;The content of total volatile fatty acids in group T3 was higher than that in other groups. In a brief, the diet T1 treatment presented a better feed conversion, the apparent digestibility of nutrients in the diet T3 group was higher.
