Progress in the Research of Halophiles and Their Extracellular Proteases

文章围绕嗜盐菌和由其分泌的胞外蛋白酶相关研究领域,从分类学、结构生理生化特征、嗜盐机制及应用现状等方面,对中度嗜盐菌和极端嗜盐菌进行了介绍,并综述了针对嗜盐菌分泌的胞外蛋白酶(包括结构性质、研究历程、应用现状与前景等)的研究成果与方法手段等,并以部分实例加以说明。

This paper focuses on the study of halophiles and extracellular proteases secreted by halophiles,introducing the moderate halophiles and extreme halophiles from the taxonomy,structural,physio?logical and biochemical characteristics,osmotolerance mechanisms and application prospect.Structural properties,research process,research methods and means,and application prospects and development space of extracellular protease secreted by halophiles are summarized with some examples to illustrate.
