对接受经尿道前列腺电切术的前列腺增生症患者进行全程护理的效果探究

目的:探析对接受经尿道前列腺电切术的前列腺增生症患者实施全程护理的效果。方法:将2016年8月至2019年5月期间在济宁市第一人民医院接受经尿道前列腺电切术的90例前列腺增生症患者随机平均分为参照组和观察组。对两组患者均施行经尿道前列腺电切术。同时,对参照组患者实施常规护理,对观察组患者实施全程护理。然后,比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及术后并发症的发生率。结果:接受治护后,观察组患者的VAS评分及并发症的发生率均低于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受经尿道前列腺电切术的前列腺增生症患者进行全程护理的效果显著,可降低其术后疼痛的程度及并发症的发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of whole-course nursing on patients with prostatic hyperplasia who received transurethral resection of prostate.Methods:90 patients with prostatic hyperplasia who underwent transurethral resection of prostate in jining first people’s hospital from August 2016 to May 2019 were randomly divided into a reference group and an observation group.Transurethral resection of prostate was performed in both groups.At the same time,patients in the reference group received routine nursing,and patients in the observation group received whole-course nursing.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:after receiving treatment,VAS score and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the nursing effect of the patients with prostatic hyperplasia undergoing transurethral resection of prostate is significant,and the degree of postoperative pain and the incidence of complications can be reduced.
