用不同剂量的重组人干扰素α1b对支气管炎患儿进行雾化吸入治疗的效果对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨用不同剂量的重组人干扰素α1b对支气管炎患儿进行雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法:从2018年2月至2019年4月广州医科大学附属第三医院收治的支气管炎患儿中选取80例患儿进行研究。根据治疗方案的不同将其分为A组与B组。对两组患儿均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为A组患儿采用小剂量的重组人干扰素α1b进行雾化吸入治疗,为B组患儿采用大剂量的重组人干扰素α1b进行雾化吸入治疗。然后对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患儿喘息症状缓解的时间、咳嗽症状消失的时间、肺部哮鸣音消失的时间相比,P>0.05;与B组患儿相比,A组患儿不良反应的发生率更低,P<0.05。结论:用小剂量的重组人干扰素α1b与大剂量的重组人干扰素α1b对支气管炎患儿进行雾化吸入治疗均可取得良好的效果。与采用大剂量的重组人干扰素α1b相比,用小剂量的重组人干扰素α1b对支气管炎患儿进行雾化吸入治疗的安全性较高。
