摘要
为了解决目前食品无人售卖设备在包装过程中出现的故障问题,设计了一种稳定可靠的碗/杯自动包装机构。该碗/杯自动包装机构设计的关键在于自动分离凸轮,文中首先对碗/杯运动规律进行了分析,并设计了自动分离机构凸轮曲线,利用MATLAB获得空间凸轮曲线实际坐标值及采用3D打印加工出凸轮;采用Solidworks运动学仿真验证凸轮设计的合理性,最终形成一种稳定可靠快速的餐盒自动分离机构设计方法。
In order to solve the problem of the current food unmanned vending equipment in the packaging process,a stable and reliable bowl/cup automatic packaging mechanism was designed.The key of the design of the bowl/cup automatic packaging mechanism is the automatic disengagement of the cam.In the paper the movement law of the bowl/cup was firstly analyzed,and the cam curve of the automatic separation mechanism was designed.The actual coordinate value of the space cam curve was obtained by MATLAB and the 3D printing process was adopted to manufacture the cam.The rationality of the cam design was verified by Solidworks kinematics simulation software,and finally a stable and reliable design method for the automatic separation mechanism of the lunch box was formed.
