保妇康栓治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染炎性疾病的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of baofukangshuan in treating inflammatory diseases caused by human papillomavirus

目的:基于前期收治的宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染病例围绕保妇康栓临床应用效果展开深入研究。方法:将本院在2014年5月至2018年5月收治的50例宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染炎性疾病患者临床资料样本用于本次研究,基于患者接受治疗方式的差异将其分为组1、组2,每组患者分别25例,在为所有患者提供高锰酸钾洗液冲洗常规治疗的基础上,组2患者以保妇康栓剂开展针对性治疗。经过为期28天的临床治疗周期,收集患者满意度、综合临床治疗有效性相关数据,分析临床效果。结果:经过相同周期的临床治疗,组2患者整体临床治疗效果显著优于组1,临床治疗有效性由76%提升为92%(P<0.05),同时两组患者满意度分别为72%、88%(P<0.05),效果伴随显著性差异。结论:保妇康栓对于宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染炎性疾病非常有效,对于改善患者临床症状,促进患者康复效果理想,有助于推动预后进程,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To conduct an in-depth study on the clinical application effect of baofukangshuan based on the cervical human papillomavirus infection cases received earlier.Methods:Our hospital in May 2014 to May 2018 were 50 cases of cervical human papillomavirus infection in patients with inflammatory disease clinical data samples used in this study,based on the differences of patients receiving treatments will be divided into group 1 and group 2,25 cases of patients in each group,respectively,in providing all of the patients with potassium permanganate lotion flush on the basis of routine therapy,group 2 patients in order to protect fu kang suppository to carry out targeted therapy.After a 28-day clinical treatment period,data related to patient satisfaction and comprehensive clinical treatment effectiveness were collected to analyze the clinical effect.Results:After the same period of clinical treatment,the overall clinical treatment effect of patients in group 2 was significantly better than that of group 1,with the clinical treatment effectiveness increased from 76%to 92%(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of patients in the two groups was 72%and 88%(P<0.05),respectively,with significant difference in effect.Conclusion:Baofukangshuan is very symptomatic for the inflammatory diseases of cervical papillomavirus infection,which is of clinical application value in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,promoting the rehabilitation effect of patients,and promoting the prognosis process.
