摘要 高硬度装甲钢不仅用于作战车辆,还用于各种作战装备,采用焊接工艺进行连接。但高硬度装甲钢焊缝容易产生氢脆裂纹和冷裂纹,从而严重影响结构强度,进而影响作战能力。简要介绍了国外高硬度装甲钢的开发现状,比较了各种焊接工艺的焊接性能,对于充分发挥结构物的作用非常重要。 High hardness armor steel is not only used for combat vehicles,but also for a variety of combat equipments,connected by welding process.However,hydrogen embrittlement crack and cold crack are easy to occur in the weld of high hardness armored steel,which seriously affects the structural strength and the combat capability.The development status of high hardness armor steel abroad has been briefly introduced,and the welding properties of various welding processes have been compared,which is very important to give full play to the function of structure.
