摘要
火车轮锻造用芯棒座在服役一段时间后出现早期断裂失效,采用材质检测、力学性能检测、显微组织分析、结构状态分析等手段,对断裂产生的原因进行分析。结果表明,工件内部存在严重过热的粗大组织,材料脆性大,服役过程中导致内部脆性拉裂分离而断裂失效。
After a period of service,the early fracture failure occurred in the mandrel seat used for train wheel forging.The reason of fracture has been analyzed by means of material test,mechanical property test,microstructure analysis and structural state analysis.The results show that there are severe overheated coarse microstructure and brittle materials in the workpiece.Failure of fracture caused by internal brittle fracture separation during service.
