摘要
基础超声技术对评价患儿左室射血分数结果往往不明确,而斑点追踪技术则可通过检测室壁的运动较好地评价其心肌的形变等指标,为评价小儿心肌功能提供一种新方法。该文对斑点追踪成像在小儿心室功能评价的应用及其研究进展作了综述。
The results of the evaluation of left ventricular ejection fraction of children with basic ultrasonic technique are often unclear. The speckle tracking imaging can better evaluate the myocardial deformation and other indicators by detecting the movement of the ventricular wall, providing a new method for the evaluation of myocardial function in children. This paper reviews the application and advances of speckle tracking imaging in the evaluation of ventricular function in children.
