摘要
以用户需求为视角,研究学科用户对高校图书馆的整体满意程度,构建学科服务满意度模型。采用问卷法对高校图书馆用户进行调查,将收集到的原始数据,采用因子分析及结构方程模型进行验证。用户需求差异正向影响学科信息服务、信息资源、信息系统满意度,高校图书馆学科用户整体满意度由学科信息服务、信息资源、信息系统满意度构成,这三种满意度正向影响整体满意度。
From the perspective of user demand,this paper studies the satisfaction degree of subject users to university library,and constructs the satisfaction degree model of subject service.This paper investigates the users of University Library by questionnaire method,and uses factor analysis and structural equation model to verify the original data collected.The difference of user demand affects the satisfaction of subject information service,Information Resource and Information System.The satisfaction of subject user of University Library is composed of subject information service,Information Resource and Information System,these three kinds of satisfaction positively affect the overall satisfaction.
