摘要
镁合金是一种易降解、生物相容性好且具有良好力学性能的材料,近年来受到医学界及材料界的广泛关注并被作为心血管支架、骨内植物等使用。本文综述了常见镁合金材料分类和性能、WE43铸造镁合金在基础研究、动物实验中的表现、临床实验中的影响及反应以及未来发展的展望。
Magnesium alloy is a material that is easy to degrade,has good biocompatibility,and has good mechanical properties.In recent years,magnesium alloy has been widely concerned by the medical community and the material community,and has been used as a cardiovascular stent and endosseous plant.This paper reviews the classification and properties of common magnesium alloy materials,the performance of WE43 magnesium alloys in basic research,animal experiments,impacts and reactions in clinical experiments,and future development prospects.
