摘要
工具箱的智能管理在工程应用中具有重要作用;为了符合对微小工具和工具唯一性检测的要求。提出了一种以图像识别技术为基础的工具箱管理方法;采用了ORB算法在图像识别处理中的关键技术,通过FAST检测算子的特征点提取以及BRIEF描述算子特征点特征算子的产生,生成的描述符是二进制字符串,选用简单的汉明距离用于特征点匹配;经实验证明该方法能快速,准确的对工具箱内的5种异形工具进行分析处理,从而实现了对工具的实时智能管理,符合工程应用的要求。
The intelligent management of toolbox plays an important role in engineering application. In order to meet the requirements of unique detection of micro tools and tools. A tool box management method based on image recognition technology is proposed. The key technology of ORB algorithm in image recognition and processing is adopted. Feature point extraction of FAST detection operator and generation of BRIEF description operator feature point feature operator are adopted. The generated descriptor is binary string and simple hamming distance is selected for feature point matching. By experiment the this method can analyze and process five kinds of special-shaped tools in the tool box quickly and accurately,thus realizing the real-time intelligent management of tools and meeting the requirements of engineering application.
