摘要
文章基于行波管阵列发射机灯丝供电交流电源的设计要求,提出了一种LCC谐振变换器的高频交流正弦波电源。该高频正弦波电源采用两级变换器的拓扑结构:第一级使用单端反激变换器完成预稳压,第二级为全桥LCC谐振开环变换器,可以大幅提高行波管阵列发射机灯丝电源的工作频率,从而减小灯丝电源的体积和重量。通过拓扑设计、电路仿真及样机测试结果均验证了该电源可以输出具有频率稳定、幅度稳定、小的THD以及良好的瞬态负载响应能力的高频正弦波。
According to satisfied the power supply of filaments in TWT array transmitter,high frequency AC sinusoidal power supplies with LCC resonant converter is presented in this paper.By the implementation of the two-stage converter,the first stage with single-end fly-back topology pre-regulates output voltage,which is then converted to isolated high frequency AC sinusoidal by the second stage produces with LCC resonant converter.The two-stage converter raises the operating frequency of the converter for filaments in order to reduce the size of power supplies.Simulation of the major operating process is presented in this paper.Finally,the experimental results prove that the proposed circuit produces high frequency AC sinusoidal power supplies with the advantages such as low THD,high stabilities of both frequency and amplitude,good dynamic response.
