摘要
劳动教育是新时代高校立德树人的重要内容。运用SWOT模型的系统考察,发现新时代高校劳动教育内外态势呈现复杂性的特征。在优势-挑战组合中,要发挥所长,迎接挑战;在劣势-机会组合中,则要巧用时机,弥补弱点,从而构建起新时代高校劳动教育的实施路径。
Labor education is an important part of the training of qualified talents with moral integrity.This paper uses the SWOT model to analyze the complexity of the present situation of labor education for college students.It urges colleges and universities to not only bring out their best to brave challenges but also transform their weaknesses into opportunities so they can find the right path to effective labor education in the new era.
