大学生法律志愿服务城市社区路径研究

On How College Students Can Volunteer Legal Services to Urban Communities in a Better Way

基于对上海市奉贤海湾旅游区居民法律需求以及周边高校大学生法律志愿服务进社区现状的调研,发现当前大学生法律志愿服务城市社区,还存在着服务缺乏系统性、专业性、积极性等问题。究其原因在于队伍不够健全、内容被认可度不高等,建议通过健全志愿服务队伍、精准确定服务内容、创新对接服务方式等措施来提升大学生法律志愿服务城市社区的效能和质量。

Investigations on the legal services demanded by residents from the Fengxian Bay Tourist Area of Shanghai and the legal services volunteered by students from nearby universities reveal that voluntary legal services offered by university students are less than systematic,professional and proactive;a strong volunteer team is yet to be formed and the quality of voluntary legal services is yet to be improved.Efforts must be made to build a strong volunteer team,pinpoint the content of legal services needed and innovate on the service styles so university students can serve urban communities in a better way.
