摘要
当代教育注重学生对知识技能的探索,忽视了“人”的活动与感受。部分大学生生命意识匮乏,并且高校生命教育缺乏统一指导、统一标准。对于承担着未来建设重担,并且正处于成长发展关键期的大学生,作为与学生在校期间接触较多的辅导员,从实际工作出发,以显性学习为主,隐性学习为辅,加强大学生的生命意识培养;以叙事为载体,做好大学生的生命情感涵育;融合学校、社会和家庭资源,为大学生的生命教育创造良好环境,真正做到大学生生命教育全员、全过程和全方位。
Contemporary education focuses on students’exploration of knowledge and skills,neglecting the activities and feelings of“people”.Some college students lack life consciousness,and life education in colleges and universities lacks unified guidance and standards.Since college students are in the critical period of growth and development and bear the heavy burden of future construction,counselors who have more contact with students in school should strengthen the cultivation of life consciousness of college students based on practical work,focusing mainly on explicit learning and complementally on implicit learning.By using advisable narrative as a carrier,they can cultivate life emotion of college students.The resources of school,society and family should be integrated into a joint force to create a good environment in which life education of college can cover every student,every process and every aspect.
