摘要
现代教育技术的发展促进了信息化环境的建构,对高校教师的教研能力提出了新要求,同时进一步丰富了教师专业发展研究。在高等教育现代化进程中,数字化教育基础设施和数字化校园的建设为信息技术与教研能力深度融合的现代教育生态空间建构带来了前所未有的契机。教育生态学相关研究表明,以技术为驱动的教学和科研活动内容更丰富多样,管理更科学,参与者之间的合作和交流变得更加密切、频繁和有效。充分利用现代信息技术,将信息技术与教研能力深度融合,创建多元的教育教学生态网络空间环境刻不容缓。
The development of modern education technology promotes the construction of information environment,which puts forward new requirements for educational research ability of university teachers,and further enriches the research on teachers’professional development.In the process of modernization of higher education,the construction of digital education infrastructures and digital campus brings unprecedented opportunities for the construction of modern education ecological space,which deeply integrates information technology and educational research ability.Research shows that technology-driven teaching and research activities are richer and more diverse in content,more scientific in management,and more intimate,frequent and effective in cooperation and communication among participants.Making full use of modern information technology to create a diversified ecological network environment for education and teaching,and intensifying deep integration of information technology and educational research ability can promote the share of high-quality resources and the innovation of teaching and learning mode.
