摘要
为保证铁路货车在高速、重载情况下的安全行驶,本设计提出基于Zigbee无线传感网络的货运列车状态信息检测及传输方案。系统根据铁路货车无发电装置的特点设计了节点的电源电路,并将模拟车厢节点的主要状态信息如轴温、制动气体压力与车厢内空气温湿度进行采集,通过Zig bee技术传输至主控制中心,依靠GPRS模块模拟车-地传输,将信息发送至地面监控中心显示。经实验室测试,该系统性能稳定,能够满足货运列车安全监测的需求。
In order to ensure the safe driving of railway wagons under high speed and heavy duty conditions.This design proposes a Zigbee based wireless sensor network for freight train status information detection and transmission scheme.The system designs the node's power supply circuit according to the characteristics of the railway truck's non power generating device.The main state information of the simulated car node,such as the shaft temperature,the dynamic gas pressure,and the air temperature and humidity in the cabin,are collected and transmitted to the main control center through Zigbee technology.The GPRS module is used to simulate the vehicle to ground transmission,and the information is sent to the ground monitoring center for display.The system has stable performance and can meet the needs of freight train safety monitoring after testing in the laboratory.
