摘要
针对目前对汽轮机叶片运行状况难以检测现状,通过对叶片健康监测需求进行分析,设计并实现了基于嵌入式的汽轮机叶片健康监测系统。采用ARM和FPGA相结合的方案,使用了CAN和TCP/IP通讯协议,同时对汽轮机叶片的间隙、振动和温度参数进行实时采集分析和存储,并通过上位机进行实时状态显示,同时将数据存入数据库中。测试结果表明,该系统能实时、不间断地对汽轮机叶片进行监测;可以在1秒内快速、准确检测出故障信号并进行预警;具有良好的人机交互性。
Aiming at the current situation that it is difficult to detect the turbine blade conditions,the embedded health monitoring system based on steam turbine blade is designed and implemented by analyzing the blade health monitoring requirements.With the combination of ARM and FPGA,using CAN and TCP/IP communication protocols,this system can analyze and store the interval,vibration and temperature of the turbine blades in real time,and display the real time status in the PC,while the data saved in the database.The results of experiment show that the system can monitor the turbine blades in real time and without interruption;it can quickly and accurately detect the fault signal and provide early warning within 1 second;it has good human computer interaction.
