摘要
为了研究砜虫啶对柞蚕生长发育的影响,试验采用喷施法测定砜虫啶对三龄柞蚕幼虫的毒性、熏蒸毒性、残毒期。结果表明:砜虫啶处理三龄柞蚕幼虫的LC 50为367.261 mg/L,对三龄柞蚕幼虫无熏蒸作用,500 mg/L以下浓度的砜虫啶药液对三龄及三龄以上柞蚕幼虫的安全间隔期至少5 d以上。说明砜虫啶对三龄柞蚕幼虫为低等毒性,无熏蒸作用,柞园周边在晴朗无风天气使用,对柞蚕生长影响较小。
In order to study the sulfoxaflor organism's influence on the growth of tussah,Through experimental test sulfoxaflor toxicity of three ages of tussah larvae,fumigation toxicity,residues.Results show that the sulfoxaflor worm three age processing.LC50 of 367.261 mg/L of tussah larva,tussah larva of 3 age without fumigation,tussah larvae after the age of 3 and 3 years old at least 5 days or more security clearances.Silkworm larvae showed the sulfoxaflor organism to 3 age for medium toxicity,no fumigation,tussah garden surrounding use in sunny windless weather,less influence on tussah growth.
