摘要
针对半钢子午线轮胎成型机上冠带条缠绕过程中张力控制的要求,为实现缠绕过程中冠带条张力可变可控,运用PID控制理论,进行冠带条缠绕张力的控制。通过检测缠绕过程中的冠带条张力,实时调节驱动电机的转矩,实现在不同的缠绕模式下,对缠绕张力进行精确控制。并分析了控制过程中的各项影响因素。通过实际测试验证,此方案满足轮胎生产对缠绕张力的工艺要求,提高了轮胎的产品质量。
Aiming at the requirements of tension control during the winding of the upper crown belt of semi-steel radial tire building machine,the PID control theory is used to control the winding tension of the crown belt in order to achieve the variable and controllable tension of the crown belt during the winding process.By detecting the tension of the crown belt during the winding process,the torque of the drive motor can be adjusted in real time to achieve accurate control of the winding tension under different winding modes.The influencing factors in the control process are analyzed.Through actual testing and verification,this scheme meets the technical requirements of tire production for winding tension,and improves the quality of tire products.
