摘要
随着竞争日益激烈,劳动密集型的电子企业对效率的最求也越来越烈。生产过程中机械化辅助生产逐渐成为趋势,本文所设计的松下ETC注胶与紫外线照射工装夹具一体化工程就是为了满足生产的效率要求而设计的。它属于自动化系列工装夹具。本设计主要是研究松下ETC扬声器外壳与喇叭之间注胶的自动化生产,主要完成主传动方式、定位检测、注胶、紫外线照射等模块设计。在本设计过程中,首先由工程的方案确定开始,列举分析不同方案,并选定最终方案-气压传动方案。方案选定后,分别设计气压控制系统;设计计算主传动轴;设计各模块机械机构结构(绘制零件图,选择汽缸等元件型号)。
With increasing competition,labor-intensive electronics companies are increasingly seeking efficiency.In the process of production,mechanized auxiliary production has become a trend.The integration project of Panasonic ETC glue injection and UV irradiation work fixture designed in this paper is designed to meet the requirements of production efficiency.It belongs to the automatic series of work fixture.This design is mainly to study the automatic production of glue injection between the shell of Panasonic ETC speaker and the loudspeaker.It mainly completes the module design of main drive mode,positioning detection,glue injection,UV irradiation,etc.In this design process,first of all,from the beginning of the project plan,enumerate and analyze different plans,and select the final plan-pneumatic transmission plan.After the scheme is selected,the air pressure control system,the main transmission shaft and the mechanical mechanism structure of each module(draw part drawing,select cylinder and other component models)are designed respectively.
