Under the conditions of new industrial revolution,internet plus has become the engine driving the change of business thinking,operation and consumption pattern.Smart hotel is the focus of hotel industry supply-side structural reform,effective supply increase and efficiency improvement.Exploring the construction,operation and evolution of smart hotel business can offer valuable suggestions for the sustainable development of hotel business.
