摘要
以物理共混的方式在环氧树脂体系中加入不同比例的硅微粉填料,研究填料用量的不同对固化物力学性能及断裂形貌的影响。研究结果表明:随着填料用量的增加,环氧树脂固化物的弯曲强度先增加后降低,用量为60份时,弯曲强度达到了最高值92 MPa;弯曲模量的增加呈线性增长,相关系数R值达0.98976;拉伸强度逐渐降低。扫描电镜(SEM)显示:不掺入填料时,试件的断裂面出现"沟壑状",为韧性破坏;随着填料用量的增加,沟壑状逐渐转变为一个个细小的断裂面,不再为韧性破坏。
Different proportions of silicone micropowder fillers were added into the epoxy resin system by physical blending,and the effects of different amounts of filler on the mechanical properties and fracture morphology of the cured product were studied.The research results showed that with the increase of the amount of filler,the flexural strength of cured epoxy resin increased first and then decreased.When the amount of filler was 60 phr,the flexural strength reached the maximum value of 92 MPa.The increase of flexural modulus was linear,the R value of correlation coefficient was 0.98976,and the tensile strength decreased gradually.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)showed that when no filler was added,the fractured surface of the specimen appeared"ravine shape",which was characterized as ductile failure.With the increase of filler amount,the ravine shape gradually changed into small fracture sections,which was no longer ductile failure.
