摘要
在进行机车司机室橡胶地板粘接改用双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂粘接工艺验证时,采用无纺布蘸水清理表面处理工艺,出现橡胶地板粘接面黏附破坏。针对这个现象,在实验室对橡胶地板粘接面采用三种不同表面处理方式进行了180°剥离强度测试。通过测试数据比对及经济性考虑,最终选用打磨表面处理方式应用于司机室橡胶地板粘接工艺中。
During the bonding process verification of two-component polyurethane adhesive for the rubber floor in locomotive cab,the adhesive failure of rubber floor surface was occurred when non-woven cloth dipped in water was used to clean the surface.In view of this phenomenon,three different surface treatment methods were used to test the 180°peel strength of the bonding surface of the rubber floor in the laboratory.By comparing the test data and considering the economic efficiency,the polishing surface treatment method was finally selected to apply to the bonding process of the rubber floor in the cab.
