摘要
针对MW级风电叶片用环氧类结构胶在实际粘接中存在的问题,系统介绍了各方面提升环氧结构胶性能的研究进展。着重综述了在环氧结构胶增韧、触变性能提升以及放热特性方面取得的研究进展,并结合实际应用情况,对比了目前主流结构胶的性能差异。研究结果表明:通过合理复合增韧技术,可以在保持高粘接强度的前提下,有效地增强韧性;化学类触变剂对流变特性的提升更加显著;对固化剂进行功能性改性,能延长可操作时间,同时提高结构胶的固化效率。
In view of the problems existing in the practical bonding of epoxy structural adhesive for MWgrade wind turbine blade,the research progress of improving the performance of epoxy structural adhesive in various aspects were systematically introduced.The research progress in toughening,thixotropic and exothermic properties of epoxy structural adhesive was emphatically reviewed,and the performance differences of the current mainstream structural adhesives based on the practical application were compared.The research results showed that,through reasonable composite toughening technology,the toughness could be effectively enhanced under the premise of maintaining high adhesive strength.The chemical thixotropic agent could improve the rheological properties even more significantly.The functional modification of curing agent could extend the operational time and improve the curing efficiency of structural adhesive.
