郴州市某县一起新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情的调查 被引量:3

A clustering epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 in a county of Chenzhou city

摘要 目的对一起新型冠状病毒肺炎聚集性疫情进行流行病学调查分析,为预防控制类似疫情的发生和扩散提供经验。方法应用现场流行病学调查方法对该起聚集性疫情传染来源、发生及传播过程进行描述分析,采用RT-PCR法对采集的呼吸道标本进行新型冠状病毒核酸检测。结果该聚集性疫情由在深圳感染后返乡的病例引发,继而引起其他3位家庭成员感染发病,另2位儿童家庭成员未感染。除家庭密切接触者有发病外,其他18名密切接触者均未感染。传染源是经检测密切接触者才发现。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎易形成家庭内传播,主要经人际间密切接触而传播;及早筛查密切接触者和发现轻型病例传染源,有利于防止疫情蔓延和流行。 Objective To conduct an epidemiological investigation and analysis of a clustering epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)so as to provide experience for preventing and controlling occurrence and spread of the similar epidemic.Methods Field epidemiological investigation method was used to describe and analyze source,occurrence and transmission process of the clustering epidemic.Real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)assay was performed to detect nucleic acid of the 2019-nCoV from respiratory tract specimens collected.Results This clustering epidemic was caused by a case returning home after being infected with COVID-19 in Shenzhen,and subsequently he infected three family members,but the other two family members,his children,were uninfected.The other eighteen close contacts were not infected except the close family contacts infected.The source of the infection was traced to detection of close contacts.Conclusions COVID-19 is easily transmitted within the family,and its spread is mainly through close contact with people.Very early screening of close contacts and detection of sources of mild cases are conducive to preventing COVID-19 spread and epidemic.
