以三(二乙胺基)环硼氮烷为前驱体制备六方氮化硼 被引量:2

Synthesis of the Hexagonal Boron Nitride Using Tris (diethylamino) borazine as Precursor

摘要 以三氯化硼、二乙胺和氨气为原料,通过两步反应制得六方氮化硼前驱体三(二乙胺基)环硼氮烷.通过FTIR、NMR对中间体二氯二乙胺基硼烷和前驱体三(二乙胺基)环硼氮烷的结构进行表征,并通过TG对前驱体的热性能进行表征.将三(二乙胺基)环硼氮烷在氨气气氛下烧结,制得六方氮化硼晶体.通过FTIR、XRD对六方氮化硼的结构进行表征.结果表明:以三(二乙胺基)环硼氮烷为前驱体在氨气气氛下加热至1 000℃,烧结4 h,得到结晶度较好的六方氮化硼晶体. The precursor of tris( diethylamino) borazine was synthesized by two-step method using boron trichloride,diethylamine and ammonia as raw materials. The structures of the intermediate and the precursor were characterized by FTIR,NMR,and the thermal properties of the precursor were characterized by TG. The h-BN was prepared by sintering the precursor in ammonia atmosphere. The structure of h-BN was characterized by FTIR and XRD. The results indicated that the h-BN with good crystallinity can be obtained by heating it in ammonia atmosphere to 1 000℃ for 4 hours.
