摘要 介绍了在蒸发段内置铜弹簧的两相闭式热虹吸管(强化管)新型结构.研究强化管的传热性能,并与光滑管进行了比较.在实验中强化管与光滑管的蒸发段充满了去离子水,并测定强化管与光滑管在200 W、275 W、350 W、425 W、500 W加热功率下的传热性能.结果表明:强化管在蒸发段与冷凝段的温差比光滑管的低,且温度分布较为均匀.根据实验数据,强化管的等效对流传热系数比光滑管的增加了10%~15%,传热效率提高了8%~14%.最后对强化管实验数据进行回归整理,得到内置弹簧的强化管的等效对流换热系数与加热功率的关系式. The new structure of two-phase closed thermo syphon(enhanced tube)with copper spring in the evaporation section is introduced.The heat transfer performance of the enhanced tube is studied and compared with that of the smooth tube.In the experiment,the evaporation section of the enhanced tube and the smooth tube was filled with deionized water,and the heat transfer performance of the enhanced tube and the smooth tube at different heating powers of 200 W,275 W,350 W,425 W and 500 W was measured.The results show that the temperature difference between the evaporating section and the condensing section of the enhanced pipe is lower than that of the smooth tube,and the temperature distribution is more uniform.According to the experimental data,the equivalent convective heat transfer coefficient of the enhanced pipe increased by 10%~15%compared with the smooth pipe,and the heat transfer efficiency increased by 8%~14%.Finally,the regression analysis of the experimental data of the strengthened tube is carried out,and the relationship between the equivalent convective heat transfer coefficient and the heating power of the enhanced tube with built-in spring is proposed.
