摘要
解决了在油气集输管线上无线数据远程传输的问题.根据油气集输行业的特点,按照油气行业标准,设计了3层无线通讯系统结构及实际的解决方案.GPRS DTU(data transfer unit)作为无线远程通讯核心硬件,通过GPRS网络将现场管线内介质的重要物理参数,如流量、压力、温度等远传到数据中心;使用KepServer(opc)、虚拟串口、DTU数据中心(厂家提供)等软件工具对数据进行采集,WinCC编写VB脚本对数据进行解析,并最终实现对现场的监控与管理.该方案成功地将油气管线上的数据远传到数据中心,提高了油气集输企业的信息化水平.
This paper is to solve the problem of wireless data remote transmission in oil and gas gathering and transmission pipelines. According to the characteristics of oil and gas gathering and transportation industry,according to the oil and gas industry standard, the structure and practical solution of three-layer wireless communication system are designed. GPRS DTU( data transfer unit) is used as the hardware condition of wireless telecommunication technology. Wireless remote communication technology uses DTU to effectively transfer important data such as gas flow,pressure and temperature into the data center. WinCC,KEPServer( opc),virtual serial port and DTU data center are software tools. Using WinCC to write VB script to analyze the collected data, use configuration, report and trend function to facilitate monitoring and management of data. The use of wireless remote communication technology has successfully transmitted the data to the remote data center and improved the automation level of oil and gas enterprises.
