油库主要用于存储原油、石油、柴油、汽油等相关产品,存储的产品具有强烈的可燃性,同时,由于油库的特殊用途,其覆盖面积通常较大,周边附属设施及建筑物较多,并且存储过程本身就具有较高的危险性,因此一旦油库发生安全问题,损失性往往难以估量,且损失性往往直接波及到经济、生态环境、群众生命安全等,因此,做好油库安全运行管理十分重要,而在油库安全管理的同时,还要进一步加强节能管理,以实现“安全运行”和“降本增效”的目标。主要据此展开论述。

Oil depots are mainly used to store crude oil,petroleum,diesel oil,enterprises and other related products.The stored products have strong flammability.At the same time,due to the special use of oil depots,their coverage area is usually large,there are many surrounding auxiliary facilities and buildings,and the storage process itself has a high risk.Therefore,once there is a safety problem in the oil depots,it is loss oriented It is hard to measure,and the loss often directly affects the economy,ecological environment,people's life safety,etc.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in the safe operation management of oil depots.While the safety management of oil depots,it is also necessary to further strengthen the energy conservation management to achieve the goal of“safe operation”and“cost reduction and efficiency increase”.This paper mainly discusses on this basis.
