偏远区块原油加热转输装置的应用 被引量:1

摘要 橇装模块化设计具有建设周期短、占地面积小、重复利用率高等特点、近年来在油气田建设行业得到推广应用。偏远原油区块在开采前期拉油站、转油站、联合站等站厂由于建设方案或经济因素而未建设,加热转输一体化集成装置产品设计思路诞生。其是由偏远区块集油区干线来液汇集在一起进入分离器、加热装置、外输装置、流量测量装置等,形成了以气液分离、原油加热、混输增压、来液计量、控制系统、供电系统、无线通讯、采暖通风、防腐保温等具体功能为一体的集成装置,实现了偏远区块原油转输除部分工艺系统外全部橇装的要求,基本替代了固定站厂转油站的建设,同时具有集成程度和自动化程度高等优点。原油转输一体化集成装置在油田地面工程的成功应用,对提高站场的自动化水平、提高运行可靠性、缩短建设周期、降低工程建设投资具有重要意义。 Sled sculpting equipment with a short cycle,small occupied ground,high utilization factor,recently used for oil and gas fields in recent years.In the crude oil zone,there is a pre-production oil tank,an oil station,a multi-station,etc.It is a part of the oil collection zone,the oil collection zone,the imported liquid,the collection separator,the heating device,the external device,the flow metering device,etc.Restriction system,power supply system,wireless communication,warming communication,preservative insulation,etc.Station-based construction,simultaneous integration and high degree of automation.Crude oil integrated assembly equipment In the oil field,the ground process is successfully used,the railway station is highly automated,the railway is easily accessible,the railway is short,the construction cycle is low,and the construction process is very important.
