摘要
用王水溶解样品,利用标准加入法消除基体干扰,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪进行测定,用外推法(延长标准曲线和横坐标相交的数的绝对值)得到样品溶液的浓度。方法检出限为Pb 0.017μg/mL、Cd0.002μg/mL,加标回收率在96.6%~108.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.87%~3.51%之间(n=11)。此法方法操作简单,精密度好,准确度高,特别适用于铅、镉含量较低的磷矿检测,满足出口磷矿检测质量要求。
The sample was dissolved in aqua regia,the matrix interference was eliminated by standard addition method,and the concentration of sample solution was obtained by means of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.Methods the detection limits were Pb 0.017g/mL,Cd 0.002g/mL,the recoveries were 96.6%~108.4%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.87%~3.51%(n=11).This method is simple,precise and accurate.It is especially suitable for the detection of phosphate rock with low content of lead and cadmium.
