摘要
对苯乙烯生产工艺技术中的乙苯负压绝热脱氢典型工艺技术、顺序分离共沸精馏技术进行了对比与分析,对两者工艺技术的优缺点进行了简要概括,同时对采用顺序分离共沸精馏技术的要点及优化方向提出了相关建议。
The typical technology of ethylbenzene negative pressure adiabatic dehydrogenation and sequential separation azeotropic distillation technology in styrene production technology are compared and analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of the two technologies are briefly summarized.The main points and optimization directions of the sequential separation azeotropic distillation technology are proposed.
