化工工艺的风险识别及安全评价初探

Risk Identification and Safety Evaluation of Chemical Process

为了提高化工生产的安全性,保证化工工艺的科学性、合理性,对化工工艺的风险识别及安全评价进行了研究。首先,简述了化工工艺的定义及过程,并着重分析了化工工艺风险,包括原料风险、工艺风险、设备风险、管理风险四个部分。然后,针对化工工艺风险提出了针对性的识别方法。最后,就化工工艺安全评价进行了分析,指出了安全评价的原则、方法、内容。

In order to improve the safety of chemical production and ensure the scientificity and rationality of chemical process,the risk identification and safety evaluation of chemical process are studied.Firstly,the definition and process of chemical process are introduced,and the risks of chemical process are analyzed,including four parts:raw material risk,process risk,equipment risk and management risk.Then,aiming at the above-mentioned chemical process risks,a targeted identification method is proposed.Finally,the safety evaluation of chemical process is analyzed,and the principle,method and content of safety evaluation are pointed out.
