摘要
主要针对国产与进口聚醚多元醇和多异氰酸酯进行了阐述,采用不同发泡工艺制备的保温材料在性能方面具有一定差异性。而且在采取常压发泡工艺进行操作的过程中,构建不同部位都会产生一定的差异。通过常压板式发泡生产的材料,并不能够适用在高压发泡工艺制造冷藏保温层的生产指导中。
This article mainly focuses on domestic and imported polyether polyols and polyisocyanates.The thermal insulation materials produced under different foaming processes have certain differences in performance.And in the process of adopting the atmospheric pressure foaming process,there will be some differences in the construction of different parts.The material properties produced by the atmospheric pressure plate foaming cannot be applied to the production guidance process of manufacturing the refrigerated insulation layer by the high-pressure foaming process.
