摘要
为了提高氯气干燥率,改进氯碱工艺,先是分析了湿氯气会造成总管、管道、冷凝器腐蚀,并进一步阐述了干燥氯气的必要性。然后结合工业实际,分析了浓硫酸干燥氯气的原理,并简单分析了影响浓硫酸吸水效率的因素及其与氯气干燥之间的关系。最后,就如何提高氯气干燥效率,提出了控制氯气冷却温度、控制浓硫酸冷却温度、改进干燥塔、消除杂质、提高氯气冷却效果五项措施。
In order to improve the drying rate of chlorine and the chlor alkali process,the article first analyzes the corrosion of main pipe,pipeline and condenser caused by wet chlorine,and further expounds the necessity of drying chlorine.Then combined with the industrial practice,the principle of drying chlorine with concentrated sulfuric acid is analyzed,and the factors affecting the water absorption efficiency of concentrated sulfuric acid and the relationship between them and chlorine drying are simply analyzed.Finally,five measures are put forward to improve the efficiency of chlorine drying,such as controlling the cooling temperature of chlorine,controlling the cooling temperature of concentrated sulfuric acid,improving the drying tower,eliminating impurities and improving the cooling effect of chlorine.
